Deborah M. Clark has been with Capstone since 2003. She relocated to Flagstaff, AZ from Woodland, CA where she spent 17 years working for Blue Shield of CA.
Bryan Dietz

Bryan joined Capstone in June of 2006 after relocating from Dallas, TX. Bryan previously worked as the Claims Supervisor for Capstone from 1997 to 2002. He has 16+ years of accounting experience and has worked in the insurance industry for more than 12 years.
L. George Hershey, DO

L. George joined Capstone as the Medical Director in December 2006. He is the former Chairman of the Board and has presided on the Board of Directors since 1995. Dr. Hershey opened his practice in Flagstaff in 1970 and has served as a Primary Care Provider for Capstone since the health plan opened in 1981.

Carla joined Capstone in January 2006 as the Organization Coordinator. Her background includes customer service, retail sales, lab technician & accounting. Carla has lived in Flagstaff for the past 14 years.

Paget has been with Capstone since 2002. She has over 25 years experience within the claims department, including provider claims billing and insurance claims processing. Paget also has 20+ years experience in accounting.

Karla has been with Capstone since 1990. An NAU graduate and resident of Flagstaff since 1978, she has over 25 years experience in finance and accounting.

Sherrylee has been a resident of Northern Arizona for nearly 30 years and employed with Capstone since 1997. She holds a BS in Geology/Resource Management and a minor in Biology from Northern Arizona University.

Judy has been with Capstone since 1992 after relocating from Tucson. She has 25 years nursing experience in all levels of pediatrics at Tucson Medical Center including 13 years pediatric specialty care with the DDD population.

Jacquelyn has been with Capstone since 2003. She has over 10 years experience in customer service. Jacquelyn relocated from Pinetop, AZ and lives with her family in Flagstaff.

Cindy joined Capstone Health Plan in October 2003. She has over 20 years nursing experience, 15 of which were spent in Flagstaff working at Flagstaff Medical Center, Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority and Children's Rehabilitative Services. Cindy's skills also include extensive experience in quality management and utilization review.
