Halloween Dance

Capstone Health Plan sponsored the 2nd Halloween dance for those who have developmental disabilities on October 29, 2007.  The event was held at the Adult Center.  About 75 people danced and ate pop corn.  Door prizes, party favors and a costume contest kept everyone’s attention.
