Tri City Partnership High School Prom Huge Success! "Kingdom of Enchantment" was the theme, complete with a castle back drop and royal colors. Guests were announced as "Lady and Lord" as they entered through the castle across the dance floor and down the red carpet to their seats.
About 30 individuals with Special Needs attended the 1st Special Needs Prom, along with 40 proud parents, grandparents, teachers and friends. This event was hosted by the Tri City Partnership for Special Needs Children & Families and Bradshaw Mountain High School’s Youth Transition Program. The Prom was held at Coyote Springs elementary last April.
As DJ "CC the Spin Doctor" began the first song, everyone there, regardless of walker or wheelchair, went out to the dance floor and did what they dressed up to do, dance!
Bemus Photography, a professional photography company, took keepsake prom pictures of guests, dates, and even family photos. Dependable Dutchman generously donated castle souvenirs. In the end it was a wonderfully magical evening for all.
