Family Planning
Capstone covers the following Family Planning Services:
- Pelvic and Breast Examinations
- Pap Smears
- Contraceptive Counseling
- Pregnancy Testing and Counseling
- Birth Control Pills
- Depo-Provera Injections
- IUD (intrauterine devices)
- Condoms
- Diaphragms v
- Contraceptive Foam & Jellies
- STD/HIV Testing
- STD Treatment
- Tubal Ligation and Vasectomy (over 21 years of age only)
- Plan B, the Morning After Pill, which should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse
PRENATAL CARE
If you are pregnant, the best way for you to stay healthy and have a healthy child is to get care as soon as you find out that you are pregnant. Please talk to your primary care provider or call Capstone for a referral to an obstetrician. Individuals with disabilities usually have high risk pregnancies. Our nurses want to help you access all the services you need in a timely manner so please contact Capstone's Health Services Department as soon as you find out you are pregnant.

- Medications
- Laboratory Tests
- Ultrasounds
- Child Birth Classes
- Delivery of Your Baby
